Ian has been involved with Small and Medium businesses for 30 years in varying capacities.
He holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Financial Planning) - Massey University.
Ian is an Authorised Financial Adviser (AFA), and also a member of the TripleA Advisers Association.

Noelene Baylis

Business Manager

Noelene has had extensive experience within the financial industry since 1980 and has also previously managed her own business.
Her role within Business Strategic Planning is the running of the day to day operations together with providing technical and operational support for the Strategic Planner. Noelene says “I am totally committed to ensuring that our clients receive the very best service that our company can provide.”
